Green Power Oat Smoothie

"Start your day with this green power smoothie combining oats, coconut milk, spinach, parsley, apple, honey and lemon."

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup cored and chopped green apple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions :

Prep : Cook : 2M Ready in :
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes :

  • For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
