Easy Oatmeal and Almond Bars |
"Great choice for a kid's healthy snack."
Ingredients :
- 5 ripe bananas, or more to taste
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups raisins
- 2 cups chopped raw almonds
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 cups unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Stir in oats, raisins, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon. Press mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 40 minutes. Let cool, about 15 minutes. Cut into bars.
