  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions :
